New Zealand
We offer 2 options on New Zealand delivered orders: Courier tickets or Courier packs.
Courier tickets allow us to send any orders nationwide. The rates charged will depend upon the destination, weight and size of your item.
Courier packs allow us to send locally, regionally or nationally at a flat price, unless you opt for an additional rural delivery service.
International
We offer 2 options on international delivered orders: international parcels or E-Post.
Our international parcel options allow us to send untracked or tracked parcels overseas with different delivery time according to your needs.

E-Post is a cost effective service for small item that offers a fully tracked service to Australia and for all other destinations an untracked service.
Return of Goods
Return of Damaged Goods
If you receive a product that is damaged please keep all the packaging and contact us immediately, we will advise our procedures for return and replacement. Photos sent to shell@lumea.co will be helpful.
Defective Goods
Ocean Shell’s product originally comes from Mother Nature. Therefore it is important to remember each individual product is unique in its colour, texture and size. We try very hard to meet the requirements of each of our customers and supply a consistent standard of product. However, if you are not satisfied with what you have received, please contact us on receipt of your order and we will discuss options with you for return and replacement.
