Light, flexible and versatile inlays – our premium shell veneers are functional thin sheets of Mother of Pearl which can be used in jewellery or as decorative inlays in wood, metal, or acrylic. Expertly processed, our premium Mother of Pearl shell sheets are created from sustainably sourced Luméa shells that are sliced twice: first into strips, then again into feather-like pieces. Veneer sheets are made from different shell species. Technical advice available.
The flat sheet (0.3mm thick) recaptures all the natural beauty of Paua (New Zealand Abalone) - Natural, with UV coating, fire retardant.
Finish: Fire retardant Gloss. Fire Retardant can slow the spread of fire by reduced flammability and delayed combustion.
Sheet Size available: 230x130mm, 200x200mm, 300x300mm.
